Good News Today

Romans 12:1 “That ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.”

Friends, the good news today says NOW IS THE TIME TO TRUST THE LORD.

We need to admit to ourselves and God, that we have made all too many mistakes, and that we have broken His Commandments more often than we could count.

We learned that on the Day of Judgment, every wrong thought; every unscriptural attitude; and our secret sins would be presented as evidence against us, we would be guilty of every charge, and condemned to the lake of fire.

But, we have hope, and the solution is given. Jesus took our place on the cross; that He was bruised for our iniquities; that He gave His life to atone for our sins; and that He rose from the grave, so we could rise to a new life of faith and trust in that Blood sacrifice. We can now be pardoned of all the sins, the mistakes, and the wrongdoings we have been guilty of, Romans 5:8 “While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

Satan constantly accuses us, and tells us there is no hope; we are condemned, but we must reply that the accuser of our brethren is cast down, therefore he must flee, because we serve, trust, and believe in the living God who sent His Son to pay for our sins—sins that would have condemned us, cannot anymore, we have decided to serve God.

Friends, we are now different people, when we have decided to serve God, and we have willingly confessed our sins in the sincerity of our hearts, God sees us as a new creature and justified, and all our sins are forgiven.

Good News Today

Isaiah 41:10 Do not fear, for I am with you, be not dismayed, for I am you God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Friends, the good news today is GOD ALWAYS HELP THOSE WHO TRUST IN HIM.

God knows our problems. God knows when we are going through times of tribulation. God knows when we feel lonely.

Worrying about the future, relationships, jobs, about the entire system of this world leads us into the abyss of fear. But the Bible says, have tranquility and peace because the Lord is with us, for those who trust the Lord, He will never leave us nor forsake us (1 Chronicle 28:20, 1 Corinthians 10:13, Deuteronomy 31:6-8).

If we trust God, there are no excuses to faint, no excuses to throw in the towel, and no excuses to leave the right path because when we trust God we have everything.

Friends, surrender our burdens, and our problems to God. He is looking for repentant, contrite, and humiliated hearts.

Good News Today

Isaiah 40:31 but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint

Friends, the good news today says BELIEVERS SHOULD HOLD ON THE PROMISES OF GOD.

Today, we lost one of our “KUMPARE”, BRETHREN OF GOD, BROTHER IN CHRIST, and FRIEND. We feel sad but hold in the promises of God in John 14:2-3. We believe that He will be there in God’s kingdom where God will wipe His tears and experience no more pain (Revelation 21:4).

The Bible, the inspired Word is a book of history, poetry, proverbs, parables, biographies, and of profound importance. It is a book of promises, God’s promises.

God doesn’t always see fit to heal our illnesses, sometimes he takes his children home to heaven where they experience perfect, eternal wellness. At other times he does heal us in this life. It all depends on his plan for the individual. But one thing is certain: If we will study God’s promises, correctly understand them, and rightly apply them, they will positively revolutionize our lives.

Friends, let’s hold on to the promises of God–and as we do so I am praying that all of our lives will be changed. Let’s all commit our life o Christ.

Good News Today.

Ephesians 5:25 Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.

Friends, the good news today says PRESENT OURSELVES TO GOD HOLY AND WITHOUT BLEMISH.

Today, God-chosen people Bro Celwin and Sis Rhea will take the vow of marriage. A fitting fulfillment of the wonderful and faithful love for each other. Both of them will give their lives to each other
when they take their wedding vows. They will become one flesh.

God designed the marriage covenant to be for one man and one woman. God is the head of Christ, Christ is the head of the man, and the husband is the head of his wife (1 Cor 11:3). It is a privilege and a blessing for a man and woman to be called to this role.

While men respond best to respect (Eph 5:33), wives will respond best to a show of love. This is how God designed men and women. A wife will flourish who is loved, and who feels loved. Our model for marriage and being godly husbands is Christ. His bride is his Church.

Friends, the most important marriage lesson we learn from Christ is to die for our wives, physically if necessary, but spiritually every day. This is only one way that God calls all men to “take up our cross” and follow Jesus (Mt 16:24).

Good News Today

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Friends, the good news today says GIVE THANKS ITS THE WILL OF GOD.

It is not always easy to give thanks, but this is what we must do to see God’s will accomplished in our lives. This is how we move into higher realms of faith for ourselves.

Thanksgiving has the power to bring joy and break the power of the enemy. Whenever we give thanks to God, despite the most difficult circumstances, the enemy loses a big battle in our life. When we give thanks amid difficulty, we bring pleasure to God’s heart.

The enemy is defeated when we have a thankful heart because thankfulness during difficulty is a sacrifice pleasing to God.

Friends, thankfulness is a key to our life. It is the key that turns our situation around because it changes us, our outlook, and our attitude. There is power in a thankful heart.

Psalm 100:4 “Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and his Courts with praise; be thankful unto him, and bless his name”.

Friends, the good news today says it’s PROPER TO GIVE GRATITUDE TO GOD.

It’s November, the month of Thanksgiving. Giving thanks to God should not be limited to good times but also bad times.

Thanksgiving will draw our hearts out to God and keep us engaged with him, it will take our attention from ourselves and give the Holy Spirit room in our hearts.

Thanksgiving unlocks many doors, it strengthens faith, strengthens our dependence on God for every provision, and upholds the biblical truths on the faithfulness of God. It keeps our lives clear of darkness, anxiety, sin, and deception. It draws us closer to God.

Friends, we can show thanksgiving to God by remembering him in our thoughts, words, and deeds.

Good News Today

Ecclesiastes 3:1 for everything there is a season and time for every purpose under the heaven.

Friends, the good news today says BELIEVERS SHOULD FINISH THE RACE.

When the effect of multiple pressure seem relentless and when the devil’s fiery darts of doubt find our flesh and make us reel, and when waiting on God’s answer to our prayer seems endless, we think of quitting.

But the Bible says we should make the most of the opportunity. Grab every chance that we can get. Never mind if we fail. The result is secondary what is important is the attempt. Nothing wrong in giving it a try.

We believers should remember, if we can paddle through a little fog, we will discover that haze eventually gives way to a sense of clarity.

King Solomon in Proverbs 24:16 said an upright man, after falling seven times will get up again.

Friends, the hardship of this life will not be long, and by our endurance, we will gain our lives (Luke 21:19).

Good News Today

Galatians 6:9 …at the proper time, we will reap a harvest.

Friends, the good news today says AS BELIEVERS, DO NOT GIVE UP, WE WILL SURELY SEE THE REWARD OF IT.

Many people quit a dream on the brink of its realization. It’s when the challenges feel the most daunting.

If you ever had to be out early in the morning before dawn breaks, you will notice that the darkest time of night is immediately after dawn. But when you attend to the way the dawn comes, you will learn how light can coax the dark.

Many of us quit, halfway through what we started. But the Bible recommends and urges us not to give up. Instead, make the most of every opportunity (Ephesians 5:15-16), continue marching forward (Philippians 3:14 and live by faith (Hebrews 11:1).

Friends, look to Jesus, fight a good fight, and finish our race. When we have done the will of God, we will receive what is promised.

James 3:17 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, unwavering, without hypocrisy.

Friends, the good news today says WISDOM FROM GOD IS FULL OF MERCY AND GOOD FRUIT.

God is generous to all and will give wisdom willingly and uncritically to everyone who asks Him for it, in faith.

True wisdom is demonstrated by a man’s good and gracious conduct, by his noble works, and by his gracious conversation. True wisdom flows from a gentle heart and a spirit that demonstrates true humility. The wisdom that comes from the Spirit of God is pure and peace-loving, considerate, gentle, and submissive.

The man or woman that has been filled with wisdom from God is the one that is full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.

Friends, every one of us that submits to the Lord in faith has generous access to the wisdom of God, for the one that walks in spirit and the truth will be the one that exhibits the sweet character of Christ.

The first thing Christians should do when faced with a decision is asking God’s advice. This is simple but the best formula for life success.
